Summary – “I am going to win” shouted Firepaw, a fierce apprentice who used to be a Kittypet. Warriors into the Wild is about four clans of wild cats that are fighting over food sources, also called prey. The Twolegs (humans) are building on their territories making food scarce. Most of cats were wounded or killed in battle. Soon all clans get mad and…. You have to read the book to find out what happened.
Recommendation – I gave this book 3.5 stars, and I recommend it to 4th-7th graders. This was an OK book, but a little confusing at times with the number of cats there were described. But overall this book was a good read…

Summary- Bluestar’s Prophecy is the story of Bluestar, the leader of ThunderClan, and her life from a kit (a baby cat) to the start of the 1st series. I recommend you read it either before the 1st series or after the 4th book.
Bluestar, as Bluepaw, gets a prophecy of being strong as fire and vows to become ThunderClan’s leader. After Pinestar retires, Sunstar takes over, and his deputy retires, he chooses Bluepaw, now Bluefur as a warrior. When a dog pack kills Sunstar, Bluefur travels to Highstones to communicate to her warrior ancestors in StarClan via the moonstone. StarClan gives Bluestar (after StarClan ceremony) 9 lives. Redtail is the next deputy.
Read this book if you are wondering about what sacrifices Bluestar has gone through.
Recommendation- I rate this book 41/2 stars because it is really interesting to read, but there are some large gaps of time between chapters.

He faces many problems, including dealing with evil ShadowClan leaders, ThunderClan traitors, and lack of respect.
Recommendation- I rate this series 5 stars because it is so well written that you won’t want to stop reading after you start. It is best if you read this series in order. After finishing this series, it is recommended that you read the other Warriors series (#2: The New Prophecy, #3: Power of the Three, #4 Omen of the Stars).

Summary – Just Another Ordinary Day is a very funny book about Amanda, a little girl with special powers who is having a typical day by her standards, but for us regular humans, it is not a completely typical day. Her science teacher is a giant fly and her librarian punishes naughty students. For lunch, Amanda has a fancy meal served by a waiter. Read this book to find out what happens to Amanda and her class.
Recommendation – On a scale of one to five stars, I would give these book four and a half stars. It’s very good with words and pictures, but it could be funnier.
